Higashi Izu Coffee Roastery is a small roasting shop located on the east coast of Izu Peninsula, a hot spring and tourist area.　There is no “Just roasting and brewing coffee” with a rigid style or manner. It is a place where you can meet “your own delicious” and comfortable coffee in a more casual way.

We want to be a place where people gather to enjoy coffee in their own way, in their own way, and talk about it, a place that will become a “crossroad of liberal arts starting from coffee.　Every day, we are working hard to provide the perfect coffee for such a place through endless exploration of knowledge and trial-and-error practice.　We are not bound by conventional ideas, but rather, with a free spirit, we visit the old and enjoy the new. We hope to share a cup of coffee with a smile in such a place.
