A new coffee stand has opened in Shirada, Higashi Izu, where you can quietly take a break in the morning.
Stop by for a cup of coffee.
If you have time, take your time.
We hope to be a place where you can share the way you taste coffee and the stories behind it.

東伊豆珈琲焙煎所
伊豆半島の東海岸、温泉・観光地にある小さな焙煎所です。 堅苦しい流儀や作法で「焙煎、淹れるコーヒー」はありません。もっと気軽に、「自分の美味しい」、心地よいコーヒーと出会う場所です。
それぞれの思うやり方や楽しみ方でコーヒーを味わい、人々が集い語らう場所、「コーヒーから始まるリベラルアーツの交差点」になるような場所でありたいと考えています。 そんな場にピッタリなコーヒーを提供できるように日々、終わりのない知識の探訪と試行錯誤の実践に励んでいます。 これまでの既成概念に囚われず、自由な発想で、古きを訪ね、新しきを享受する。 そんな場所で笑顔で一杯のコーヒーを分かち合えたらと考えています。
Higashi Izu Coffee Roastery is a small roasting shop located on the east coast of Izu Peninsula, a hot spring and tourist area. There is no “Just roasting and brewing coffee” with a rigid style or manner. It is a place where you can meet “your own delicious” and comfortable coffee in a more casual way.
We want to be a place where people gather to enjoy coffee in their own way, in their own way, and talk about it, a place that will become a “crossroad of liberal arts starting from coffee. Every day, we are working hard to provide the perfect coffee for such a place through endless exploration of knowledge and trial-and-error practice. We are not bound by conventional ideas, but rather, with a free spirit, we visit the old and enjoy the new. We hope to share a cup of coffee with a smile in such a place.
東伊豆咖啡烘焙所 位於伊豆半島東海岸的溫泉與觀光地區，是一家小型的咖啡烘焙店。在這裡，沒有僵化的「只是烘焙與沖煮咖啡」的形式與規則，而是可以以更輕鬆自在的方式，遇見屬於你自己的「美味」與舒適咖啡的地方。
我們希望成為這樣一個場所：人們以自己的方式享受咖啡、交流彼此的想法，讓這裡成為「從咖啡開始的自由藝術交會點」。每天，我們都在不斷學習與嘗試中，努力提供最適合這個場所的完美咖啡。
我們不受傳統觀念的拘束，以自由的精神，溫故知新，期待在這樣的空間裡，與你共享一杯充滿笑容的咖啡。
